Unsurprisingly, many people had A LOT to say about POTUS’ unnecessary and unprecedented gesture against news professionals. However Colbert, Bee, and Noah’s reactions to the announcement may be our favorites to date. During Wednesday’s episode of the Late Show, the 53-year-old funny man revealed that he placed an ACTUAL “For Your Consideration” ad in Times Square for Trump’s fake news awards.
The Colbert Report alum took the joke to the next level when he renamed the DACMAs, “The Fakies.” AH-Mazing.
So excited for Monday’s “MOST DISHONEST & CORRUPT MEDIA AWARDS OF THE YEAR!” See you on the red carpet, @AndersonCooper! #TheFakies pic.twitter.com/r8pYCj0g9r

Not to be outdone, Trevor and Samantha joined in on the fun and shared their own “For Your Consideration” ads (below). While Trevor’s FYC featured quotes from right-winged Breitbart and Fox & Friends, Samantha’s ad shared vicious comments from YouTube and showed that she was campaigning for “shrillest reporting.”
Nice try @colbertlateshow and @TheDailyShow, but we’re sweeping the #Dishonesties this year. (P.S. @realdonaldtrump, how about a female host next time?) pic.twitter.com/dAhE5epA4D

We LOVES this. Since the Cheeto-In-Chief HATES being made fun of, it’ll be inneresting to see how he responds to those roasting his v v v serious award show.
